1. Are you license and insured? 

A: Yes, Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, office of health care quality in Delmarva/ PA Area.


2. How are your caregivers screened and selected?

A: Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC’s management staffs interview each caregiver that we employ. We require our caregivers to have a satisfactory local background check, TB clearance, First-aid and CPR training, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Resume, and our agency conducts a national background check on each employee.


3. Who pays for homecare services?

A: Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC methods of reimbursement for our Homecare services are through Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, Worker’s Compensation and Aid and Attendee Program for Veterans.


4. Staff availability to work?

A: Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC Caregivers are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays.


5. Do I receive a copy of my rights and responsibility, complaint procedures, and privacy notices?

A: During an initial assessment, Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC Registered nurse will discuss client’s rights and responsibility, complaint procedures, privacy notices and copy will be given to client and/or family.


6. How soon can services start for my loved one?

A: Services can begin as soon as a care plan is written by our Caring Hearts Home Health Solutions LLC Registered nurse. A care plan will provide descriptions of services to be rendered by our caregivers.
